Our mission is brought to life through our compassionate, devoted volunteer base. Saint Vincent de Paul Trumbull welcomes people who would like to give their time to support the livelihoods of others to work in a number of different areas.
At St. Vincent de Paul, we are continually grateful for our incredible volunteer base and actively welcome others to join their ranks! There are volunteering opportunities in the thrift store, dining hall, fundraising events and even in administrative roles. Volunteers may serve individually, as club, or with a group of friends or coworkers. SVdP is able to meet your availability, including one-time volunteer visits, service projects, drives to collect needed items or a regularly scheduled volunteer assignment.
Although our volunteers come from all walks of like, they have one thing in common: the desire to improve the lives of others.
From delivering meals and food boxes to the poor, picking up donated food items from area vendors, preparing a meal in the local SVdP dining hall or helping sort donated items in the thrift store Donation Center – St. Vincent de Paul has a place for everyone to give back to their local community.
